Project Summary

This project integrated the fundamentals of design into visuals combining typography and imagery to convey a message. This project illustrates the influence of abstract, direct, and indirect depictions on the communication, reception, and interpretation of a message. Our task was to create work that extends beyond its literal interpretation, offering intricate layers for compelling storytelling. The challenge was to design a series of symbolic, iconic, and indexical posters that showcase our comprehension of each visual representation through song lyrics for all three visual depictions.
